Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase from Snallo. If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns and refunds work:
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Digital or downloadable items
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
- Email us at support@snallo.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return
- We’ll confirm if your item is eligible and provide return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status
- If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service — Snallo is not responsible for lost return parcels
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- If your return is rejected (e.g. item not in returnable condition), no refund will be issued
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us at support@snallo.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos and your order number — we’ll resolve the issue ASAP
Customs Refusals or Unclaimed Parcels
- If your parcel is returned due to refused customs charges or failure to claim, only the product cost will be refunded
- Shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases
