Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase from Snallo. If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns and refunds work:


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Digital or downloadable items
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@snallo.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return
  2. We’ll confirm if your item is eligible and provide return instructions
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status
  4. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service — Snallo is not responsible for lost return parcels

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • If your return is rejected (e.g. item not in returnable condition), no refund will be issued

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at support@snallo.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos and your order number — we’ll resolve the issue ASAP

Customs Refusals or Unclaimed Parcels

  • If your parcel is returned due to refused customs charges or failure to claim, only the product cost will be refunded
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases
