2. Orders & Payments
- All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
- Full payment is required at checkout.
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Snallo ships worldwide.
- Standard delivery time is 6–10 business days, though times may vary by location and customs clearance.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- Snallo is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier issues.
4. Customs & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees imposed by your local authority.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- If an order is returned due to unpaid customs/taxes, Snallo can only refund the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).
5. Returns & Refunds
- Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order if they are unsatisfied.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
- Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected.

6. Lost, Wrong, or Delayed Orders
- If tracking shows an order is lost or undelivered, Snallo will investigate with the courier and arrange a refund or replacement.
- If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, Snallo is not responsible for reshipment or refunds.
- Packages unclaimed at customs or delivery points will not be refunded.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on snallo.com (logos, designs, product descriptions, images) is the property of Snallo.
- Reproduction or misuse without written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Snallo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, delays, or third-party courier services.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
