At Snallo, we ship worldwide with fast processing and full tracking on every order. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and live tracking link.
Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 6 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Some orders may experience delays due to customs, holidays, or courier-related issues.

Shipping Costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on ALL our orders!
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT, or customs fees. These charges are not included in the item or shipping price and must be paid by the customer.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs, Snallo will refund only the product cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Snallo is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, you may be charged a reshipping fee.
Lost or Stuck Orders
If your order appears lost or tracking hasn’t updated in 7 business days, contact us at support@snallo.com
We’ll open an investigation with the courier and offer a reshipment or refund based on the outcome.
